The Juniata Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Midd-West Mustangs to 0 in the Indians non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Indians now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to South Williamsport for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6.

With the loss, Midd-West drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Hughesville (Hughesville, PA) to play the Spartans in a PIAA District IV outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 2-1. Hughesville won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Sugar Valley Rural (Loganton, PA)
