St. Louis Park Orioles (St. Louis Park, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad overcome the visiting Kennedy Eagles (Bloomington, MN), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Orioles (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Zephyrs go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Mahtomedi achieved victory over Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeLaSalle for a Tri-Metro test on Wednesday, September 3. Kennedy will face a Islanders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN). The Islanders record now stands at 1-0.
