In Wednesday's non-league match, the Marian Mustangs (Bloomfield Hills, MI) volleyball squad overcame the host Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, September 3. Marian will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record.
