Indiana High School Volleyball - Mt. Vernon over North Central

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mt. Vernon Marauders volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the North Central Panthers.

The Marauders (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN). The Arabians come into the Hoosier Heritage challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Pendleton Heights was beaten by Noblesville (Noblesville, IN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers face the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 28. North Central will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Bronchos go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN).
