North Carolina High School Volleyball - Union Academy over Queen's Grant

The Union Academy Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Queen's Grant Stallions to 0 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Cardinals now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host North Stanly for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 2. Union Academy will confront a Comets squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC). The Comets record now stands at 1-5.

The Stallions (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets enter the Catawba River 1A/2A/3A game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Carolina International was topped by Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC), 3-0, in a league bout.
