Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL) and the host Rochelle Zell Jewish Tigers (Deerfield, IL), observed Walther Christian Academy's volleyball team top Rochelle Zell Jewish by a tally of 2-0.

The Broncos (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Woodlands Academy (Lake Forest, IL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Woodlands Academy was beaten by Christian Liberty (Arlington Heights, IL), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers meet the Cristo Rey St. Martin CRSM (Waukegan, IL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 28. Rochelle Zell Jewish will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
