With the win, Washburn upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Millers travel to Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN) to play the Royals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. Next, the Minutemen play the St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. St. Paul Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Crusaders go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Visitation (Mendota Heights, MN).
