The Whiteville Wolfpack nudged the visiting St. Pauls Bulldogs volleyball team by a margin of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Wolfpack now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Purnell Swett for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. Whiteville will play a Rams team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hoke County (Raeford, NC). The Rams record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, St. Pauls drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 3-4. New Hanover lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC)
