The Pleasant Grove Hawks prevailed the host Elysian Fields Yellowjackets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hawks now have a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pine Tree for a non-league test on Saturday, August 28. Pleasant Grove will confront a Pirates team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 3-6.
The Yellowjackets (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Henderson (Henderson, TX). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Henderson gained a win over Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
