The Cooper Pirates volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Greenwood Rangers to 0 in the Pirates non-league victory on Saturday.
The Pirates now have a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frenship for a non-league game on Saturday, August 28. Cooper will meet a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 10-10.
The Rangers (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Midland Classical Academy (Midland, TX). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Midland Classical Academy dropped by Shallowater (Shallowater, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
