The Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders volleyball team (Lincolnton, NC), went down 2-0 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Eagles (Asheville, NC)

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC). The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Pinnacle Classical Academy defeated The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders encounter the The Master's Academy Lions (Forest City, NC) in a bout, on Friday, September 1. Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC).
