Earlville Red Raiders (Earlville, IL) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Red Raiders confront the Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans (Aurora, IL) in a Little Ten challenge, on Wednesday, August 30. Earlville will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL).
The Sobos now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Durand/Pecatonica for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 29.
