The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Brown Bears (Louisville, KY) and the host Iroquois Raiders (Louisville, KY), saw Brown's volleyball squad beat Iroquois by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Brown upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Bears host Highlands Latin (Louisville, KY) to play the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 5-2.

The Raiders now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Valley for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 30. Iroquois will play a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Holy Cross (Louisville, KY). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.
