The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) and the host Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA), saw Herndon's volleyball squad beat Robinson by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Herndon upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Hornets host Langley (McLean, VA) to play the Saxons in a Liberty bout on Wednesday, August 30. The Saxons go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Langley won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA)

The Rams now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Woodson for a Patriot bout on Wednesday, August 30. Robinson will play a Cavaliers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Oakton (Vienna, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 5-1.
