The Southampton Indians volleyball team (Courtland, VA), went down 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Nansemond River Warriors (Suffolk, VA)

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA). The Bulldogs come into the Southeastern challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, King's Fork went down by Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians encounter the Greensville County Eagles (Emporia, VA) in a Tri-Rivers challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Southampton will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
