The Fairfax Lions volleyball squad (Fairfax, VA), dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA)

With the win, South Lakes improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Seahawks travel to McLean (McLean, VA) to encounter the Highlanders in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3. The Highlanders go into the battle with a record of 1-0.

The Lions now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alexandria City for a Patriot battle on Tuesday, September 3. Fairfax will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 3-1 league win over West Potomac (Alexandria, VA). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
