The James Madison Warhawks volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Herndon Hornets to 0 in the Warhawks non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Warhawks now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Washington-Liberty for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. James Madison will play a Generals team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Generals record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Herndon drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Langley (McLean, VA) to play the Saxons in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 10. The Saxons come into the outing with a record of 0-1.
