The Mayfair Monsoons flag football squad scored 39 points and limited the visiting Bell Gardens Lancers to 6 in the Monsoons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Monsoons now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saint Joseph for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5.

With the defeat, Bell Gardens drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to South El Monte (South El Monte, CA) to meet the Eagles in a test on Tuesday, September 3. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-4. South El Monte lost 20-6 in their recent non-league test against Covina (Covina, CA)
