In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Downey Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Laguna Beach Breakers.
The Vikings (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against La Serna (Whittier, CA). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record.
Next, the Breakers meet the Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 29. Laguna Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
