Ridgecroft Rams (Ahoskie, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Southampton Academy Raiders (Courtland, VA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ridgecroft improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Rams host Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC) to face the Raiders in a test on Thursday, September 5. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 0-6.

The Raiders now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Isle of Wight Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. Southampton Academy will face a Chargers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Broadwater Academy (Exmore, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 1-2.
