The Wagener-Salley War Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Eau Claire Shamrocks to 0 in the War Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The War Eagles now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Calhoun County for a A Region 4 outing on Thursday, August 29. Wagener-Salley will play a Saints team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC). The Saints record now stands at 0-1.
