Pennsylvania High School Football - Liberty defeats Allentown Central Catholic

August 28, 2025: Bethlehem, PA 18018

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Liberty Hurricanes football squad scored a good 38-14 victory over the Allentown Central Catholic Vikings.

The Hurricanes (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Stroudsburg (Stroudsburg, PA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Stroudsburg was topped by Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre, PA), 48-42, in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Freedom for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. Allentown Central Catholic will play a Patriots team coming off a 18-7 non-league loss to Parkland (Allentown, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-2.
