In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Schuylkill Valley Panthers football squad scored a decisive 42-0 triumph over the Daniel Boone Blazers.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Fleetwood (Fleetwood, PA). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Fleetwood was ripped by Upper Perkiomen (Pennsburg, PA), 35-7, in a non-league battle.
The Blazers now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Muhlenberg for a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. Daniel Boone will play a Muhls team coming off a 48-0 non-league win over Reading (Reading, PA). The Muhls record now stands at 2-0.
