Michigan High School Football - Dryden sneaks past North Huron

The Dryden Cardinals football squad scored 40 points and limited the host North Huron Warriors to 38 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Deckerville for a Big Thumb - Blue (8 Man) test on Friday, September 5. Dryden will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 15-14 non-league win over All Saints Central (Bay City, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Akron-Fairgrove (Fairgrove, MI). The Vikings go into the Big Thumb - Red (8 Man) challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Akron-Fairgrove was edged by Kingston (Kingston, MI), 66-12, in a non-league challenge.
