The Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles football team (Newark, DE), was crushed 36-0 in Thursday's non-league bout with the visiting Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE)

With the win, Howard advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats host McKean (Wilmington, DE) to confront the Highlanders in a non-league match on Friday, September 12. The Highlanders enter the match with a record of 0-0.

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Delaware Military Academy Seahawks (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 12. Hodgson Vo-Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
