Georgia High School Football - Long County winner over Johnson

The Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) football knocked off the host Johnson Atomsmashers (Savannah, GA), 28-7 in Thursday's league outing.

The Blue Tide now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Groves for a AAA Region 3 outing on Friday, September 5. Long County will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 65-6 league loss to Jenkins (Savannah, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 0-2.

Coming up next, the Atomsmashers battle the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) in a AAA Region 3 contest, on Friday, September 5. Johnson will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Sharks enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 41-7 league loss to Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA).
