Michigan High School Football - Memphis overwhelmed by Lenawee Christian

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Lenawee Christian Cougars (Adrian, MI) football squad trounced the visiting Memphis Yellowjackets (Memphis, MI), by a margin of 66-24.

The Cougars now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bellevue for a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. Lenawee Christian will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 36-14 non-league win over Tekonsha (Tekonsha, MI). The Broncos record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Memphis drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Brown City (Brown City, MI) to clash with the Green Devils in a Big Thumb - Blue (8 Man) outing on Friday, September 5. The Green Devils come into the outing with a record of 1-0. Brown City won 46-0 in their recent non-league outing against Mesick (Mesick, MI)
