    In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Riverside Rams football team scored a big 40-6 win over the Palmyra Panthers.

    In their next game, the Rams play the Florence Township Memorial Flashes (Florence, NJ) in a West Jersey - National challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Flashes go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 16-7 non-league loss to Deptford (Deptford, NJ).

    With the defeat, Palmyra drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Bishop Eustace Prep (Pennsauken, NJ) to meet the Crusaders in a West Jersey - United test on Saturday, September 6. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 0-0.
