Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats (Montgomery, AL), 34-6 in a non-league match.

The Rebels (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Horseshoe Bend (New Site, AL). The Generals come into the 2A Region 4 match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Horseshoe Bend was beaten by Wadley (Wadley, AL), 58-10, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Prattville Christian Academy Panthers (Prattville, AL) in a 3A Region 2 match, on Friday, September 5. Trinity Presbyterian will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers go into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 44-25 non-league loss to McKenzie (McKenzie, AL).
