California High School Football - Buchanan wallops Kennedy

The Buchanan Bears football squad scored 43 points and limited the visiting Kennedy Thunderbirds to 0 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bears now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Liberty for a non-league test on Friday, September 12.

With the defeat, Kennedy falls to 1-1 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Highland (Bakersfield, CA) to face the Scots in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 3. The Scots enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Highland lost 19-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Stockdale (Bakersfield, CA)
