The Mountain Pointe Pride volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host North Mustangs to 0 in the Pride non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Pride now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Freshman Opponent for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. Mountain Pointe will play a squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Greenville Christian Academy (Greenville, NC). The record now stands at 18-36.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ). The Knights go into the game with a 1-1 record.
