Arizona High School Volleyball - St. John Paul II Catholic can't get by Scottsdale Preparatory Academy

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans (Scottsdale, AZ) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host St. John Paul II Catholic Lions (Avondale, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Spartans (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Veritas Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Lions play the Heritage Academy Heroes (Laveen, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. St. John Paul II Catholic will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
