The Shakopee Sabers (Shakopee, MN) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Chaska Hawks (Chaska, MN), 6-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Sabers now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mankato East for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 30.
With the loss, Chaska moves to 0-1 on the year. The Hawks host Waconia (Waconia, MN) to encounter the Wildcats in a Class AAA Section 2 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 1-3.
