Utah High School Soccer - Davis nudges Corner Canyon

Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Davis Darts (Kaysville, UT) and the visiting Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT), saw Davis's soccer squad hold off Corner Canyon by a count of 1-0.
The Darts (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Syracuse (Syracuse, UT). The Titans come into the 6A Region 1 match with a 6-2 record.
The Chargers now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lehi for a 6A Region 3 match on Thursday, September 4. Corner Canyon will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 1-1 non-league Layton (Layton, UT). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-3.
