The Mid Valley Spartans (Throop, PA) soccer routed the host Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA), 11-0 in Thursday's non-league contest.
Next, the Spartans battle the Wyoming Seminary College Prep Blue Knights (Kingston, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 30. Mid Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Blue Knights enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA).
The Bucks (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Old Forge (Old Forge, PA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Old Forge was overwhelmed by North Pocono (Covington Township, PA), 6-2, in a non-league challenge.
