Tennessee High School Soccer - South Gibson knocks off Obion County

The South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) soccer overwhelmed the host Obion County Rebels (Troy, TN), 9-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Hornets now hold a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dyer County for a AA District 13 contest on Tuesday, September 2. South Gibson will face a Choctaws team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN). The Choctaws record now stands at 2-1.
The Rebels (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ripley (Ripley, TN). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Ripley was overwhelmed by Milan (Milan, TN), 1-0, in a non-league contest.
