The Palm Desert Aztecs football squad scored 60 points and limited the host Central Spartans to 0 in the Aztecs non-league win on Thursday.
In their next game, the Aztecs face the Elsinore Tigers (Wildomar, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Palm Desert will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.
The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA). The Sundevils go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Carmel bounced Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA), 26-21, in a non-league challenge.
