North Carolina High School Football - Eastern Randolph defeats Randleman

The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC) and the host Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC), witnessed Eastern Randolph's football squad topple Randleman by a tally of 14-6.

The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Union Pines was topped by Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC), 42-20, in a non-league bout.

The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Asheboro for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4. Randleman will encounter a Blue Comets team coming off a 13-6 non-league win over South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Blue Comets record now stands at 1-1.
