The Selma Bears football squad scored 41 points and limited the host Fresno Warriors to 8 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bears now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Porterville for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 5.
The Warriors (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Minarets (O'Neals, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Minarets bounced Pacheco (Los Banos, CA), 22-6, in a non-league outing.
