The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Westview (San Diego, CA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Westview gained a win over Grossmont (El Cajon, CA), 34-24, in a non-league bout.

The Jaguars now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Fallbrook for a non-league bout on Friday, September 5. Valley Center will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
