With the win, Metcalfe County advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Hornets host McCreary Central (Stearns, KY) to face the Raiders in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 0-1.

The Patriots now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warren East for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. Allen County-Scottsville will play a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Glasgow (Glasgow, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 2-0.
