The McClatchy Lions volleyball squad (Sacramento, CA), dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting River City Raiders (West Sacramento, CA)

With the win, River City improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Raiders host Inderkum (Sacramento, CA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 2. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 0-1. Inderkum lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Wheatland (Wheatland, CA)

Next, the Lions meet the Bella Vista Broncos (Fair Oaks, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 2. McClatchy will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
