In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Chicago Washington Patriots.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Shepard (Palos Heights, IL). The Astros go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Shepard got by ACERO Garcia (Chicago, IL), 8-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Patriots confront the Curie Condors (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Premier Northwest test, on Tuesday, September 2. Chicago Washington will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Condors come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Rickover Naval (Chicago, IL).
