North Carolina High School Soccer - Christ School nudges Providence Day

August 28, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28270

The Christ School Greenies soccer team scored 1 points and limited the host Providence Day Chargers to 0 in the Greenies non-league triumph on Thursday.

Next, the Greenies face the Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 2. Christ School will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 4-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC).

With the loss, Providence Day moves to 2-4 on the year. The Chargers travel to Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Friday, September 5. The Ravens go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Ravenscroft lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC)
