In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Streamwood Sabres soccer squad scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Jacobs Golden Eagles.
The Sabres (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Conant got by Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL), 3-2, in a non-league test.
The Golden Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grayslake Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. Jacobs will clash with a Rams team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
