In Thursday's league outing, the host Northridge Raiders soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the NorthWood Panthers.
The Raiders (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Goshen (Goshen, IN). The RedHawks come into the Northern Lakes test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Goshen nipped Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakeland for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. NorthWood will clash with a Lakers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Westview (Topeka, IN). The Lakers record now stands at 2-3.
