Nebraska High School Softball - Freeman tipped by Ashland-Greenwood

In Thursday's non-league test, the Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays (Ashland, NE) softball squad the visiting Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE), by a tally of 5-3.

Next, the Bluejays clash with the Cozad Haymakers (Cozad, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 30. Ashland-Greenwood will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Haymakers go into the test with a 3-3 record after their 16-3 league win over Gothenburg (Gothenburg, NE).

The Falcons (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Syracuse (Syracuse, NE). The Rockets go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Syracuse by Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE), 10-2, in a league test.
