Nebraska High School Softball - Ashland-Greenwood held off by Guardian Angels Central Catholic

In Thursday's non-league test, the Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays (West Point, NE) softball squad got by the host Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays (Ashland, NE), by a tally of 2-1.

Next, the Bluejays meet the Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 28. Guardian Angels Central Catholic will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 3-1 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Polk County (Stromsburg, NE).

The Bluejays (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Freeman (Adams, NE). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Freeman held off Polk County (Stromsburg, NE), 7-6, in a non-league outing.
