Ash Grove Pirates (Ash Grove, MO) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Billings Wildcats (Billings, MO), 3-1 in a non-league test.

The Pirates (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Osceola (Osceola, MO). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Osceola beat Northwest (Hughesville, MO), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats play the Pierce City Eagles (Pierce City, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Billings will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
