In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Flatonia Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Bloomington Bobcats/Lady Cats.

The Bulldogs (6-12) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Paul (Shiner, TX). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last test, St. Paul was defeated by Yoakum (Yoakum, TX), 3-2, in a non-league test.

The Bobcats/Lady Cats now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fayetteville for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Bloomington will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Aggieland HomeSchool (College Station, TX). The Lions record now stands at 10-6.
